What Would Mia Say - Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the subscription service called "What Would Mia Say", both for The Anchor and the Shield tiers. Please review these carefully, as by joining, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

Subscription

By signing up to What Would Mia Say, you are entitled to:

  • email responses from Mia for up to 6 emails per calendar month on 'The Anchor' tier;

  • email responses from Mia for up to 10 emails per calendar month on 'The Shield' tier; and

  • the total emails per month are determined on a calendar month, and not the date the subscription was purchased.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at anytime however, to avoid charges for the next month, you must cancel no less than 3 business days prior to your next subscription payment being deducted.

Refunds

Due to the immediate access to services upon joining, no refunds will be offered under any circumstances. By joining, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Respectful Communication & Confidentiality

As a subscription member, you agree to speak and act in a respectful manner towards Mia Madafferi and any employees of Grey Rock Consulting. Grey Rock Consulting is committed to maintaining a safe space, where your information is kept confidential, and all communication is handled with care and sensitivity. Any form of disrespect, harmful language, or violation of confidentiality will not be tolerated and Grey Rock Consulting reserves its rights to cancel your subscription immediately.
